Workshops and Classes

Booking Cancellation policy: If you wish to cancel your place on a class you will need to get in touch with me as soon as possible for a refund. Please contact me on 07443 459818 or sue@sjgardenadvice.co.uk

Refund policy: Cancellations made 30 days before a class/workshop is due to take place will receive a 100% refund into the account that was used for the original payment. *

Cancellations made between 29 and 8 days before the class/workshop will receive a 50% refund into the account that was used for the original payment *

Cancellations made less than 8 days from the start of any class/workshop are non-refundable.

*Any other type of refund will be subject to a 5% administration fee.

No show: If you do not attend a class that you are booked onto you will not be entitled to a refund.  However, you can pass your place on to a friend – just let me know in advance who is coming instead and give me their email address so I can send them information on the class.

Class cancellation: If I need to cancel a class for any reason I reserve the right to give you at least 24hrs notice and a full refund in the method that you originally paid.

 

Photography: You may be photographed during classes, please tell me directly if you do not consent to me using images of you. Photographs taken during my classes belong to me and may be used for the purpose of marketing and promotion.
